These dual-occupancy apartments at Copacabana Beach on the NSW Central Coast have been designed by True North Architects to capitalise on the site's two primary views of MacMasters' & Copacabana's headlands, while maximising exposure to northern sun. The extruded shapes form a 'stack of blocks' that ascend the hill & frame the views whilst maintaining privacy by blinkering views between properties. Cross-ventilation is easily gained on all levels with the elongated floor plans. A highly articulated façade has been achieved despite very tight site & Council constraints.
